Acceptance of these terms

These are the terms and conditions for the website www.cloudconceptz.co which is owned by QUANTUMQUILL FZCO with registered offices in Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you accept a quote for any digital marketing services from this business, then this constitutes that the client fully accepts the terms and conditions which are outlined below. QUANTUMQUILL FZCO operates globally with a strong presence in the U.A.E, United States of America and India.

Terms of contract

This agreement comes into effect between www.cloudconceptz.co and its clients from the date which is specified on the quote for the agreed digital marketing services. Unless it has otherwise been specified in writing, the contract between the parties will have a minimum term of three months, but this can vary depending on the kind of digital marketing service selected.

The contract for digital marketing services will last for the agreed term unless one party gives the other written notice to terminate this agreement.

Terms of payment

For all digital marketing services booked through www.cloudconceptz.co the client agrees to pay the company all of the charges which are specified in the quote, and these charges must be paid in full before any of the services are able to be carried out.

Payment will also include any expenses which have been incurred by the company while it has been carrying out the services on the client’s behalf.

Please note that you will see CCQU, UAE as part of your billing descriptor.

All invoices for www.cloudconceptz.co must be paid through the website’s secure payment platform where both Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment.

In the event that a client does not pay the full amount, which is specified on the invoice, or if the client does not pay on time then the company reserves the right to:

  • Charge daily interest
  • Seek legal compensation
  • Refer any outstanding debt to a debt collection agency

Duration and Delivery

At Cloud Conceptz, we offer a wide range of marketing packages, including SEO, PPC, ORM, Social Media, Web Design & Development, and Email Marketing, tailored to meet our clients' diverse needs. The timeline for completing web design and development projects varies depending on the chosen package and the number of pages required.

Upon purchasing a package, Cloud Conceptz will begin processing the order promptly, aiming to kickstart the project within two weeks from the order date. Our team will reach out to confirm details before commencement. Throughout the service duration, our agents will provide regular updates. Should any unexpected issues arise, we will promptly inform the customer and collaborate to devise a suitable solution.

Refunds and Cancellations

All requests for refunds and cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be subject to our discretion. Refunds are granted solely for work that has not been completed, and full refunds for cancellations are only possible if the project has not yet commenced. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately to facilitate the process.

If the service delivered does not match what was ordered, a refund will be issued. To initiate a cancellation or request a refund for any services purchased from www.cloudconceptz.co, please contact our customer service team. They will review your request and aim to provide a response within five business days.

Please be aware that processing cancellations can take up to 24 hours, and all refunds will be credited to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Our services

Customers will need to create a client account on www.cloudconceptz.co before they are able to book any of the digital marketing services.

The team at www.cloudconceptz.co will advise the client to the best of their ability which digital marketing solutions will be most suitable for them to help them improve their overall marketing strategy.

The digital marketing services on offer include: search engine optimisation, online reputation management, pay-per-click, UI and UX design, social media and email marketing.

Clients may book these services either individually or part of a package deal.

When the services have been booked and the payment has been made then the company shall provide the services which have been specified in the quote in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The company agrees that it shall not breach any copyright laws when creating the strategy or providing any work to the client.

Client responsibilities

In order to carry out the digital marketing work then the client agrees to provide the company with the following:

  • The ability to access the company website and make changes.
  • The ability to access the company’s email email software and social media channels.
  • Access to any analytical data which is available about the website or its online presence.
  • Any other information or documentation which the company requests to be able to carry out the work.

The client agrees that all of the information which has been passed on to the company for use in digital marketing campaigns is free of all copyright restrictions.

Intellectual property rights

The client grants the company permission to use its website as well as any other digital and social platforms for the purpose of fulfilling the business contract for the digital marketing services which has been agreed upon between them.

All intellectual property which is generated by the company shall remain the exclusive property of the company.

Warranties

The company warrants to the client that:

  • It shall perform all activities with reasonable care and skill.
  • It has the legal authority to be able to enter into this agreement.

The client acknowledges and understands that:

  • Instant results of digital marketing campaigns can not be guaranteed. Therefore, any failure to reach targets which have been specified are not a breach of the agreement, as results cannot be guaranteed.
  • Improved digital marketing strategies may not necessarily result in an increased turnover. Therefore, the company shall not be liable for any decrease in turnover.
  • Any changes and improvements as a result of the digital marketing campaigns could take as long as months to take effect.
  • No refunds for any part of a service may be issued once the service has been carried out.

Limitations and exclusions of liability

The company has no control over the end result of the campaigns, and as such it can not guarantee or predict any specific outcomes of any of the digital marketing campaigns.

The company shall accept no responsibilities for delays in delivery for any key milestones if the delay has been caused by the client not providing the right information in a timely manner.

The company shall accept no responsibility for any negative impact which their advice or services may have had at any time.

Termination of contracts

Either party is able to terminate their contract once the minimum term of the contract has expired and they must do this by giving at least 30 days’ notice in writing to the company.

Either party is able to terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of:

  • A breach by either side of the contract occurring.
  • In the event that a party is unable to pay their charges or debts.
  • In the event that there has been a breach to any of these terms and conditions.
